Annual Philosophy Debate
Please mark your calendar for the Annual Philosophy Debate! The debate will take place Thursday, October 30 at 6pm in Flanner Hall 133.
This year two Philosophy department faculty, Dr. Eyo Ewara and Dr. Jennifer Parks, will be joined by two Philosophy Majors, Judah Hays and Faith Mercer, to debate the topic "Is Society Progressing?". There will be free pizza and all are welcome. Please join us!

PRG Talk: Dr. Elisa Magr矛
The 大象传媒 Phenomenology Research Group is pleased to welcome Dr. Elisa Magr矛 (Boston College). On Friday, October 17, Dr. Magr矛 will give a talk titled "Power and Solidarity in Merleau-Ponty."
The talk will take place from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on the 4th Floor of the Information Commons. A reception will follow in the lobby outside of the Philosophy department, on the third floor of Crown Center. We hope to see you there!
